STEP 4 - ADVANCED BEGINNER: TRAINER

The swimmer has already been through an introduction to freestyle and stroke and during this stage will improve their stroke and kicking technique as well as improving their ability to integrate regular rhythmic rotational breathing.

This phase can take years and the goal is to build the swimmer's complete independence and safety in the water.
