The Zogg's Matrix swim paws were designed to improve arm technique by forcing the arm to stay flat when moving in the water. Their ergonomic design allows for optimal performance. The scooped shape of the front end captures the strike phase and the additional holes increase the feel of the water. In addition to improving stroke performance, the paws will help you in strengthening your arms and shoulders. The soft outer edge made of TPR (thermoplastic rubber) allows movement of the fingertips for greater comfort. When first training with the packs, you should always start with a smaller size, regardless of your hand size, until you get used to the increased resistance of the water.
