Reliable continuous mixing equipment "mixer" for the production of Nitrox and Trimix mixtures in a professional design ideal for dive fillers, safari boats, working divers and anyone who often fills mixtures.
The mixing device is connected between the compressed oxygen/helium cylinders and the high pressure compressor. It ensures precise mixing of the correct set medium, which is then sucked up by the compressor, compressed and squeezed into the pressurized diving cylinder.
This method of mixing mixtures is not only very safe, but is also easy to operate and maintain the system.
Every oxygen or expensive helium cylinder is used to the last molecule. No more boosters or expensive "waste".
The mixer is limited by a 40% oxygen limit in the mixture. The limit can be increased to 50% on request (if legislation at the point of use allows). It can be used to mix Nitrox, Heliair, Trimix, Heliox (the latter with an "oxygen" compressor only).
The mixer can also be used to perform calculations of the optimal mixture for a specific depth and PO2, setting the correct mixture relative to the residual mixture/pressure in the dive bottle, etc.
The compressor can have a capacity from 100 to 600 l/min. The mixer when not in use is fully air permeable and therefore air filling is not impeded in any way.

The KING kit does not include EM safety valves, ensuring that the oxygen content of the mixture does not exceed 42%. Constant monitoring is required (visual and audible alarms work of course). For higher safety and fully automatic "foolproof" operation, we recommend the use of the EXPEDITION EM mixer model.
