What happens when you give an unbeatably sharp display brightness and a perfect ergonomic shape with two buttons? You get the new SMART Mares, which is arguably the smartest dive computer on the market.
Dive computers often struggle with the prejudice that a small display automatically means poor readability of data. In this respect, Smart will convince you otherwise. The perfectly sharp and clear display and the compact, ergonomic shape make it the perfect companion for every situation.
On the surface, you can change the Nitrox setting (from 21% to 99%) or flip through the logbook very easily. Smart further demonstrates its versatility with the ability to set two different gas mixtures or activate the freediving mode.
Underwater, the dive computer can be operated easily, even with thick gloves, using the two buttons located on the right side. As is traditional with Mares computers, the display is divided into three lines. In the top line you will find information about the current and achieved depth, in the middle line your saturation status - decompression. The dive time and additional information is shown on the bottom line. Press the top button to get information on the maximum depth, average depth and maximum depth allowed for the gas. Using the bottom button, additional data such as temperature, set oxygen content, CNS, time and stopwatch can be found in the field next to the dive time information.
The Smart is of course equipped with the proven RGBM Mares-Wienke decompression algorithm with depth stops.
Easy to use, ergonomic design and the possibility of battery replacement by the user, depending on the frequency of diving after 2 to 3 years, this is the high-performance dive computer Smart with user-intuitive operation. To counteract "premature aging", Mares offers the possibility to update the firmware via an additional interface. With a unique and elegant design, the Smart comes with a two-colour wristband (black and white or black and grey).
