SHOES:
The suit features modern, comfortable, waterproof 3mm neoprene boots. The sole is reinforced on the inside with additional padding. The outside is covered with a rubber sole to protect your toes and heel. The boots have a protrusion to catch the bungee fin and a Velcro strap around the ankle to prevent too much air from entering the boots.
The size of the boots was chosen to match the body structure of the suit after a detailed practical ergonomic analysis and already includes enough room for a warm liner or an extra pair of diving socks.
Pockets:
Practical, roomy pockets of the right size should be useful for any diver who wants to be properly secured underwater. The pocket should hold everything you might need, including a buoy, reel, wetnotes, spare mask or any other accessory that might be unexpectedly useful.
Avatar offers two convenient and spacious utility pockets with bungee loops for attaching small items to a carabiner and with eyelets for water drainage. The pockets are ideal for opening in dry or thick neoprene gloves, a special handle at the end of the flap has been developed for this purpose. The wide Velcro closure ensures that the pockets will not open during the dive even with heavier loads and guarantees functionality even after many years of diving in different types of water from caves to the sea.
MATERIAL:
The material of the AVATAR is not a random choice. It makes the suit extremely lightweight, abrasion resistant, functional and last but not least looks great. Its NAVY blue color with black accessories looks even better on a diver than in the photo. For the LADY collection, it is highlighted by turquoise green elements on the pockets and on the collar.
The innovative, breathable, four-layer membrane material with a 200 g/m2 weight allows for vapour permeability on the inside thanks to the funnel-shaped construction thanks to the membrane pores and waterproofness on the outside. The membrane is coated on both sides with nylon, which dries very quickly. Especially appreciated when you want your suit to be dry as soon as possible during a dive interval or after a day of diving.
Thanks to this fabric, the Avatar weighs less than 3 kg and can be easily rolled up and packed compactly so you can take it anywhere.
PURPOSE:
The Avatar is at the knees, crotch, elbows and buttocks reinforced with a thicker nylon Oxford fabric (a special weave of fibers) that serves to protect areas more exposed to abrasion or punctures.
The watertight plastic zipper in the front, whose placement is extremely important for self-dressing and undressing the suit, is covered by a pleat to protect the zipper teeth against sand or dirt.
The women's type has a zipper positioned from the right shoulder to the left hip, which allows the drain valve on women to be moved to a better hand position, thus providing greater speed and safety of discharge. The latex neck cuff is protected by a neoprene collar that also serves as a thermal insulator for the neck and blood vessels, overlapping the neoprene haubna collar.
The suit includes a haubna. Inside it is made of smooth neoprene ensuring the least possible circulation of water around the head and thus increased thermal comfort. From the outer cheek you can trim it according to your mask needs etc without any problems without damaging the stitching. Additional essential equipment is a transport bag with a drawstring bag with a 73 cm hose from APEKS, zipper lubricant, mazette powder and a warranty card.
Each suit that comes off the production line is specially checked for full waterproofness, precision workmanship and finish. Each one is cleaned and packaged with the wearer in mind.
