MTX-R, first and second stage, set
The MTX-R regulator is based on the MTX model, which was created to meet the requirements of the United States Navy Experimental Dive Unit for diving in extremely cold water. The MTX-R is adapted for performance in near-freezing water at depths of over 60 m.
The robust controller has minimal controls for overall durability and is reinforced and protected by shockproof covers at critical locations. All components are designed to keep the risk of the regulator freezing to a minimum, even in extreme use (tested when breathing simultaneously from two 2nd stages located on one 1st stage in cold water at 60 m depth). In addition, the MTX-R regulator offers unrivalled configuration options.
