Description

Measurement:

  • Beat rate - number of beats per minute
  • Cadence - number of steps per minute
  • Vertical Oscillation - shows the vertical movement of your torso, measured in centimeters for each step
  • Foot to Ground Contact Time - the time interval in each stride when your feet touch the ground surface while running. Measured in milliseconds
  • Foot-to-ground contact time - balance - displays the balance between the left and right foot of the foot-to-ground contact time when running (shows percentage); for example, 53.2 with the arrow pointing left or right
  • Step length - the length of your stride measured in metres
  • Vertical Ratio - the ratio of your body's vertical oscillation to your stride length (shows percentage).

NOTE: Can also be used on other Garmin devices equipped with ANT+ data transmission technology and the ability to connect external sensors, however, you will not use all of the data measured.
