How does Aquapac work?

Aquaclip is the essence of the solution. It's a clever closure system that ensures the case is completely waterproof and also protects the inserted item from dust and sand. The advantage is that each case always floats with the respective inserted object.

Simply close

Aquaclip is as simple as opening and closing the case, which you do in seconds. It is made of lightweight but tough plastic. It can be opened and closed 10,000 times and still be waterproof.

A little about the sound

Sound passes through the case with little loss. So you can easily communicate and make phone calls with the device sealed dry.

The transparent part of the cases for photography is made of clear LENZFLEX material so you can easily take photos or videos in any weather, even in water.

What does 100% waterproof mean?

Independent testing - Aquapac and the patented Aquaclip sealing system have been tested by independent institutions in the UK to IP67 and IP68 standards - two recognised standards in waterproofing. What size for my device?

Aquapac cases are flat and expand by inserting an object. Before purchasing it is a good idea to know the dimensions of the case and also the device the case is designed for. The important measurement is the horizontal or vertical circumference - as indicated in the pictures of the cases. Simply measure the object with a soft tape measure or piece of string and compare it to the dimensions shown in the holster pictures.

Any tips for good photographs?

Photographing through a case is similar to photographing through a window at home. The first requirement is that the window is clean. Only a clean window will not cause reflections and distortions. You can also reduce reflections by putting the camera or its lens up to the glass. With your housing, you will get the best results when the viewport is close to the camera lens or camera.

Avoid using a flash, but if you need to use a flash make sure the housing fits snugly against the lens to avoid bouncing the flash off the lens.

Keep the transparent part of the case clean and protect it from scratches. Look at the front of the housing in the same way as the lens and protect it.

Shooting underwater

It takes a bit of practice and a bit of luck to get a really good underwater photo - don't think that every shot will look like the one on the cover of a dive magazine. You need sunny weather and clear water for a good photo. The best time is midday, when the sun is at its highest. You will get good results just below the surface; the deeper you go, the less sharp and colourful the image. (Digital cameras have the advantage of being able to edit the image later). Remember that even apparently clear water is full of micro-organisms and other particles. The less water between you and the subject, the better (of course, taking into account the technical parameters of the camera used). A wide lens and a close-up shot are the greatest guarantee of a good image.

What guarantees will I receive?

The manufacturer guarantees that if you use the case in accordance with the instruction manual that you receive with the case, your Aquapac will be free from manufacturing and material defects for at least 3 years.

The tough material the case is made of is strong, but can be punctured or punctured by a sharp object. For proper function, the sleeve must be intact and especially clean in the closure area for the Aquaclip to perform its function well and seal the sleeve.
